1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Bittelix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to traders, strategy providers, and visitors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Bittelix, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Bittelix is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading in cryptocurrency and forex markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any strategy, signal, or automated bot does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you could lose some or all of your invested capital and should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Bittelix does not provide financial advice, and all trading decisions are made solely by you.
5. Strategy Marketplace
All strategies on the Bittelix Marketplace are reviewed and approved by the Bittelix expert team before being published. However, Bittelix does not guarantee the future performance of any strategy. Strategy performance data is presented as-is and should not be interpreted as a promise of future returns. Subscription fees for strategies are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Automated Trading & AI Trade Manager
Bittelix executes trades automatically for strategies you subscribe to, and the optional AI Trade Manager can review signals and manage open positions on your behalf. Automated trading may be affected by market volatility, technical issues, exchange or broker API limitations, or connectivity problems. Bittelix is not responsible for losses resulting from automated execution, delays, or system outages.
7. Fees & Payments
Bittelix may charge fees for certain services, including strategy subscriptions, AI plan add-ons, and premium features. All applicable fees will be displayed before you confirm a transaction. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through secure payment methods available on the platform.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading practices; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (d) use automated systems (other than those provided by Bittelix) to access the Service; (e) share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Bittelix platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and algorithms — are owned by Bittelix and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bittelix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Bittelix reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
12. Changes to Terms
Bittelix may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
